How to make my favorite childhood fruit salad – Italian style
1/2 Fresh peach
4 Fresh strawberries
1/4 Cup fresh berries in season
1/4 of an apple
1/4 of a pear
1 slice of cantaloupe
1/2 of a squeezed lemon
1 teaspoon of brown sugar and lots of love
You may substitute the fruit according to the season.
Cut the fruit in small pieces, add lemon juice and brown sugar and mix in a bowl.
Let the fruit salad sit for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy.
